Silk georgette scarf cut in long triangular shard shape, hemmed finely,and shibori dyed by hand with natural cochineal. Fun large pink polka dot pattern.

I love this shape for scarves. One end large and square, the other tapering to a fine point. It adds interest, and creates an edge that doesn't follow the fabric grain, so has some give and bends nicely around the body. It also provides length, without making it bulky.

I hemmed the silk with a tiny turn-on-turn hem and then dyed it in natural cochineal.
