Silk georgette scarf cut in long triangular shard shape, hemmed finely, and shibori dyed by hand with natural fustic.
I love this shape for scarves. One end large and square, the other tapering to a fine point. It adds interest, and creates an edge that doesn't follow the fabric grain, so has some give and bends nicely around the body.
I hemmed the silk with a tiny turn-on-turn hem and then mordanted it and wrapped, pleated it and dyed it in natural fustic.
